We offer several shipping options for customers within the United Kingdom:

Standard Shipping: £3.95 | Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: £6.95 | Estimated delivery in 1-2 business days
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £75 | Delivered in 3-5 business Day 

2. International Shipping
We’re pleased to ship internationally, Rates and delivery times vary by destination:

Europe: £12.95 | Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days
World wide shipping: £19.95 | Estimated delivery in 7-10 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes based on local laws and regulations.

3. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak times, such as holidays or sales, processing times may vary. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you upon dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

5. Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our Customer Support team at info@threadlabandco.com. While we are not responsible for courier delays, we will do our best to assist in locating your package.

 

6. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
We will not be held responsible for wrong shipping address being entered at check out, please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the package.

 

7. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

ThreadLab & Co. Return Policy (UK)
Thank you for shopping with ThreadLab & Co! We want you to love every purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return guidelines below.

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your item for a full refund. 

2. Condition of Items
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, or alterations.


3. Refunds and Store Credit
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. 

4. Online Orders & Distance Selling Regulations
For online orders, customers in the UK have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To arrange a return or cancellation, please contact info@threadlabandco.com with your order number.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare case of damaged or faulty items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund or replacement as per your preference.
